Dr. Mehak Fatima is an experienced, Australian-registered physiotherapist dedicated to helping patients move, feel stronger, and live pain-free. She provides comprehensive physiotherapy services including musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, falls prevention, post-surgical care, sports therapy, pelvic health, and mobility enhancement — all tailored to individual needs. With a compassionate and results-driven approach, Mehak integrates evidence-based treatments such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to restore strength, improve function, and build lasting confidence. She is passionate about empowering her patients to achieve their health goals and maintain long-term well-being. Outside of work, Fatima enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and staying active through fitness and Pilates.
